Do you have a process-related problem that you are struggling to solve with traditional techniques? Then work with us to solve it! PPCL and its partners offer a process-forensics service to solve your biggest process headaches.

Want just a bit of help to get started or as a refresher? Or to set analysis directions or use something you haven’t used before, such as the Box Query or Cluster Analysis? You can engage us to work interactively in a webinar with your team. Do you suspect that there are many opportunities to optimise your process, but you just don’t have the time, staff or tools to identify them? You can engage us to analyse your process and recommend tangible ways to save money with your existing plant, transferring knowledge and skills while also getting the benefit of our experience.

Our Consultancy Service offers assistance with data analysis and in structuring investigations for large and small projects. Project Mentoring provides support across a number of simultaneous projects within a single organisation in order to maximise the transfer of knowledge and increase the benefits taken from primary investigations.

A tailor made scheme will focus on developing the use of Geometric Process Control technology and its understanding within your organisation. Your Consultant will be dedicated to your project and ensure that you are receiving the best service at all stages – Preparation, Integration and/or Implementation.

Training

Training Sessions have always been available at customer sites, but we and our customers are moving steadily to internet-based training via webinars, which are cheaper and allow modules of 1-2 hours which students find easier to schedule. The content of our training can be tailored to conform to your own requirements and always contains an element of investigation using your own data.
